The experience was overall very good. A bit loud from the street but it’s New York so what can you do. Hot water took a good long while to heat up but was very happy with the room otherwise and the staff was very helpful.

Great staff! Great breakfast! Shower was missing the sliding door, but not a huge deal. Bathroom was pretty small and difficult for two people to be in at the same time. Overall, it was a good stay and close to Times Square.

Great staff, very good breakfast in the mornings, so helpful with navigating pickups to get to airport for larger groups, rooms were clean and nice! Only thing they don’t clean your room everyday so we had to call but very quick to respond and bring towels when needed or anything.

There are so many excellent things about our stay. First, the staff was amazing, incredibly friendly and helpful. While the suite was small, it had everything we needed for our stay. I love the breakfast buffet and the snacks and tea/hot chocolate in the lobby every afternoon and evening. Clean room and hotel location is very convenient since it’s in the middle of everything. Few steps to time square and broadway theaters. Room is quite small so it’s ideal for solo travelers or couples but not for families.
