Really comfortable and clean hotel, especially compared to other NYC/Queens options. The King sweet was roomy for a NYC hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Surprisingly not loud despite being close to the airport.

I loved the convenience of the shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff that greeted me upon arrival to the hotel were friendly, warm and courteous. The location is perfect, customer service is exceptional, room is extremely clean, warm, nice pillows, hotel is clean, breakfast has varieties daily. The walls are thin you can hear your neighbor talking. Lots of good stores, food around. Walking distance to the subway and environment was great.
