I suspect this place is still going based on the location (which is great for train travelers and tourism). It’s bare bones and best for a one night sleep. The towels and curtains were stained. We were able to secure clean (looking) towels easily, though. Too easy in and out for the neighborhood. A nearby bartender wished us “good luck” in there. Appreciated the relatively affordable late checkout.

It was good for the price, but you pay for what you get. The location is good, but the sink was in the main room instead of in the bathroom. My room also smelled like new paint the whole time. TV was broken

Good location near Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. Note there are no elevators at the hotel so be prepared to use the stairs to get to the floors above ground. There is no restaurant on property. Room was compact yet efficient.

Corridors were smelling quite bad. Room was extremely outdated. Felt totally ghetto. I’ve never stayed in a worse hotel and we travel very frequently. Location was A+ right next to MSG but it’s not worth the money you pay for this hotel. Look elsewhere. You’ve been warned.

Well, yes, it is a great location being so close to Penn and MSG Man. This was ridiculous. The rooms had no space the door lock didn’t work. My keypad didn’t work. I went down to the desk to get help to get to my own room and there was nobody there. The water turned off after midnight. It overall wasn’t a great stay.

I really enjoyed my stay it was only for one night but with really helped me out as Madison Square Garden was literally round the corner but the one thing that totally made it for me is the man behind the counter he was absolutely brilliant and that helped he have me and the kindness he gave made my stay brilliant so much so if i can get back to new york next year i will probably go back there the room was small but how long do you stay there when you ate in New york so my review would be i loved it and a huge thanks to the person in reception ❤️

The area is decent in close to most things and the hotel itself was nice and clean room was nice would come back here again Shower head was kind of busted but it did the job bed was comfortable and overall I’d give it a 4/5

It was a lovely convenient stay. The bathroom layout threw me off initially but got used to it. I didn't have time and unsure if it's something could of been fixed but the plumbing wasn't ideal. Had to flush from inside the toilet and shower only ran cold. The air conditioning was lovely and room in general was pretty clean. The staff were super nice.
