Great Stay

Everything was good. The rooms were clean and the front desk people were very friendly. The breakfast was always kept up with well and was a great use for our family trip.

They used a room freshener that was uncomfortably strong, and there were people partying in what seemed to be right outside my door for the entire night on my first evening. Other than that the staff was pleasant and the room was adequate.

My stay was great, but didn't have housekeeping services the last night I was there. Did not like the bathroom door being shut all the time (was it closing with a spring-lock?). Breakfast selection did not cater to vegetarians. Bed way too high. Lobby staff was outstanding, very helpful. Checkin and checkout were efficient. Location was perfect for me.

For the duration of my 5 day stay, all the staff (whether it was the different desk clerks or the housekeepers) were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was always greeted with smiles and good mornings. Nice big TV. Plenty of outlets. Room was comfortable. Bed was super comfy. Heat and A/C worked just fine. Whenever I needed anything (my bed made, garbage removed, new towels etc), it was never a problem. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. It was great. I miss it already! It was in a good area. I felt safe. Plenty of places to eat were around.

Room the size of my closet

The nice thing about the hotel is that it is only 3 weeks old so very new and updated. That being sis the room we had was a king size bedroom, the bed was literally the size of the room. No space to move around the room at all. Not ideal for more than 1 person. No closet to hang coats, you couldn't even move the 1 chair in the room from the spot it was at. I personally would not stay here again or in that size room. Possibly the 2 queen bedroom is a lot larger.

How does this happen....

This was VERY disappointing. I get there to check in at 730 pmand they tell me the hotel is closing and the rooms have minimal accomodations! I did not choose to stay. I needed to find another place at 730pm to stay for the night. This is very unacceptable and how does Hotels.com not know this....I received no prior communications that this was happening. This is the second time in the past few months that something of great magnitude has taken place...things that are huge when you are traveling.

On peut éviter....

Chambre double sur rue très bruyante alors que l'on avait précisé en vouloir une au calme. Les doubles seraint forcément sur la rue selon l'hôtel mais personne ne nous a prévenus par avance. Ménage approximatif et petit déjeuner a minima certains jours. Bof !

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. The manager is rude and doesn't care about its guests. The place is extremely noisy and small. If you book this hotel, you better hope all goes to plan if not you're not getting your money back or even the chance to dispute it. The room was not properly cleaned and stocked. They sold me a sub par room in the Cellar for almost $300 dollars right in front of the breakfast room. They have a CELLAR wing next to the pool and recreation area and they will try to give you those rooms. You won't find out until you arrive and when you complain, you will be dealing with very rude and angry management who can barely speak English or know about customer service.
