"I ticked the box showing we would arrive between 10am and 12 noon but hotel was locked when we arrived at 11am. Rang phone number on the door and was told no-one would arrive before 2.30pm as they were on lunch break. So we could not leave our bags. Someone did arrive shortly after 2.30 and gave us a key to room and side door. By the time we left at 11am on Wednesday we saw no-one reappear in reception. The room was beautiful with a comfy bed and nice hot shower; the staff were kind and helpful; the breakfast was delicious; the bar drinks were fun and food very tasty; and the pool and spa area great for exercise and relaxation.
