"We absolutely loved our stay here and the next time we visit Frankfurt, we will definitely stay here again. The staff were all incredibly friendly, especially Ivan. He answered all my questions and kindly gave recommendations of where to eat. Parking was underground and there were always spaces available. The room was huge, clean, and had a great kitchenette. I really appreciated the water pressure with the shower and how spacious the bathroom was. We liked having the large water carafe to fill with the filtered water from the laundry room. The TV was a bit finicky and would randomly shut off, but that was our only issue. There's a huge mall with a large food court 300m away so that was convenient. They only offer house keeping after night 3 which was fine with us. They gave us drink vouchers for being OK with that, which was not necessary, but so kind. I hghly recommend this hotel!"
"My stay at hotel was absolutely fantastic, largely thanks to the incredible staff! Chris went above and beyond by allowing us to check into our room much earlier than planned, which made a huge difference to our arrival.
The kitchen staff also deserve immense praise. As someone needing gluten-free options, I was so delighted and grateful when they went out of their way to prepare delicious gluten-free bread for us. This kind of thoughtful attention to dietary needs truly makes a hotel stand out.

"Nice and new property on the west side of Frankfurt. It's new, clean, next to a shopping center and you can easily get around with public transportation. I loved the built-in washing machine with dryer, which I strategically planned for timing-wise to minimize my luggage for my longer, multi-stop trip."
