Perfect Stay in Frankfurt

Great location with views of the park and the historic opera house Well-appointed rooms, friendly staff. Recommend breakfast on site as it is very good- note it is expensive if not part of your room package. Nice bar and attached outdoor cafe.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and the entire staff went above and beyond to be polite and respectful. You can tell they actually care about their job and the guests they serve. The room itself was very nice with a great view of the city. The room has a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom/showers and the hotel itself was very upscale. I will definitely be back!

The nice part of Frankfurt is small and very walkable...the Sofitel is perfectly positioned and the hotel is new and modern and the staff is fantastic...Not sure if I'll ever go back to Frankfurt...but if I do...I will be staying there again

Excellent location. Excellent concierge service. Close to train station. The only item missing from the room is disposable laundry bag for the guests to take soiled clothing.

I had a short, but pleasant stay at the Sofitel. I was especially grateful to the concierge, Phillip Schetter, who provided terrific guidance in helping me plan my one day in the city. He spent time mapping it out for me and sharing tips/background on the sites. The staff, in general, was really superb. Friendly, professional and helpful. I would recommend it and would return again.

The room design is very unique . Breakfast is tasty. Staff are nice and helpful. Location is walkable to everywhere like opera, shopping, restaurants, park…..Everything is good. Very good experience to stay 4 nights in this hotel. Whole family have a good memory in this hotel. Thanks.

My wife and I enjoyed an outstanding three days at the Sofitel while visiting friends. There were many positive things about the hotel itself, including the room (heated bathroom floors were a nice touch), maid and turndown service, amenities offered and dining options. That said, a hotel is only as good as the staff that deals with the customer. EVERYONE we met during our stay met us with a smile, a helpful attitude and a willingness to go out of their way to assist us in any form or fashion. Thank you! We will return again!

Unfortunately I feel compelled to leave a less than stellar review following my stay. Firstly I booked my stay as I had a lengthy stopover and paid a very high rate for the property, yes it was New Years Eve although even the hotel front desk staff told me that they are mainly a business hotel and had not been busy, regardless - given the rate, I had high expectations. The rooms look nothing like the pictures - and I mean nothing! Upon seeing the room I was checked into, I went back to reception and showed them the pictures of my room category and said it looked nothing like it. I was then checked into another room which was the same situation. The toilet also had not VERY CLEARLY been flushed from the last user. There is also no full length mirror in the room, despite there being at least wardrobe doors where one could be put on the inside. The service during breakfast was outstanding however.
