Helpful staff. Comfortable room. Convenient to be close to the train station, though, for the same reason there were some streets close by that felt somewhat unsafe. Hotel itself was safe though.

Great stay! Bars and clubs close by was a lot of noise on the weekend but was easy to sleep through it. Breakfast was really good too. I would stay here again.

Good hotel in a scary neighborhood

Very comfortable bed! Clean room. Near the central train station with all types of transportation access. However, the hotel is in a scary neighborhood with homeless people.

We stayed here twice over our 3 weeks in Europe and the room was comfortable and quiet. It’s super convenient and close to the station, the area is a little rough though but the hotel outweighed the negatives of the area.

Nice overnight stay

I just booked an overnight stay for a concert. The hotel was great. The location was convenient, the room was clear, spacious, and comfortable, and staff was very nice. The only negative is that the area of the hotel is not very nice (being located so close to the train station), so I would advise caution when not in the room.

The location and the aesthetics of the room were nice but our room was freezing. The heat only went up to 23° and the windows went sealed because all the cold air from the window could be felt. The little bit of heat never went below my raised hands and I'm 5'1. We asked for two extra blankets but only received one. There is no phone or microwave in the rooms. So if you need anything, you must go downstairs to request it. The one thing that was actually a plus was the hot water and shower pressure in the shower. It made the stay tolerable.

Hotel stay was excellent and staff are friendly. Walking distance to central train station and nearby attractions. Just need to be careful at night, don't wander alone at night from 10pm to 6am as its near the red light district and nearby smokers of all kinds.

Modern clean hotel in central location.

Modern clean hotel. Room and bathroom are good size. Bed was comfortable and good air conditioning. Cons. No bar fridge in room and not in best location. I suggest taking train, tram or taxi to old town and river.

The hotel itself is Amazing and The staff are so nice , but the moment you step out you see all the homeless people and there’s a sex working area right there. Amazing hotel wrong location.
