"From the listing, it seemed we were in an home/apt with it's own private pool. What we found was it was a small apt with lots of stairs and a pool you share with a whole complex of apartments. Plus, the pool is not heated and too cold to use. And there wasn't a hot tub as listed. It would've been nice."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Villa Rosina. The villa had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace and looking out at the beautiful view of Lake Como. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. I do recommend following directions carefully to the villa, and not arriving at night if you are driving as it would be very difficult to find, and the roads are extremely narrow.
