The room was good bed was comfy I liked the individual sink inside the room. And the bathrooms were always available when we needed them since there was multiple."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Good size for a single queen, with a couch, table, and chairs that many venues are doing away with these days. Larger fridge and microwave than at most motels. Can't beat it at the price."

Correspondence was slow and unsatisfactory. Overpriced. Also, the Ardvark process was circuitous and not transparent."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mediterranean Inn! It was wonderful and we loved the fact that it’s so close to the Climate Pledge Arena so we could walk to the Kraken game! It’s also close to the space needle And you can actually get a great picture of it from the deck! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seattle! "

"Thrilled with this stay. Perfect location across from Lake Union and great trails along the water as well as nice views of nearby Space Needle. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Parking garage was safe and secure and easy. Breakfast was so good with several choices~hot and cold items. Bistro has great food at reasonable prices~everything fresh. Really good guacamole. The rooms were roomy and clean with very comfy beds. Extremely happy with this choice and will remember for future stays."
