"The location is near highways but the guests were very loud:( We were there for swim meet n needed to sleep but woke up few times bc the loud noises of people slamming doors. "

The issue I had was I stayed there during the blizzard and lost power, there was no generator so I lost all the food I had in the mini fridge, I had to shower in the dark, and no one ever came around to check if I needed anything. It took over a week to hear back from someone regarding a refund. Once I spoke to the GM, I received my refund and was happy with the outcome and communication. "
