"Excellent location although the cleanliness of the holiday home was appalling. An inch of fluff in aircon vents with mold & gecko poo, floors were unvacummed & unmopped. Outdoor furniture is mouldy & falling apart. Owners had cars parked and I feel to many personal items left hanging around. The house needs a full bond clean and all the furniture and furnishings need a scrub & wash. It was disappointing & embarrassing to have guests arrive to a home I had let and it to look so bad. "My Bonnie Doon was a cosy, comfortable beach cottage for a small family. Great pool, close to Geoffrey and Alma bay's and the Acardia store. Resident Kookaburra - we called him Bob."
