"Very cute and cozy boutique hotel nestled in a quiet lane in Silom area. If you want to avoid the noisy area of Sukhumvit and stay in a nice , clean and peaceful area of Bangkok then Silom is the place.
there are lot of nice dining options nearby and the property is closely located to the shopping malls near Pratunam. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"Our room on the 17th floor was incredible - comfortable bed, amazing bath/shower and the best part - the view! The staff were all so friendly and attentive, took my peanut allergy seriously and made me feel safe. For two nights in Bangkok this is a perfect base, close to transport links and easy to get to the main tourist attractions. We would really recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bangkok. "
"The Mercure is in an excellent location between Silom and Chinatown.
The check-in process is easy and service is friendly.
The room itself is very clean, and the sheets are very plush. Most rooms here should have high city views. The bathroom itself is clean, and the plumbing works. Housekeeping does a good job of making sure everything is tidy.
My only complaint is the loud dinging of the elevator. Maybe they could turn it down a few decibels. Perhaps they provide complimentary earbuds on the nightstand for this reason.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel in a very good location."
