Amazing hotel !!!!!!! My stay at Olivie was very confortable and the staff was very friendly and polite. Room was very spacious, i had a good night sleep as the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely return once in Nazareth. Thank you very much!

Great
We traveled to see the Christmas in Nazareth and enjoyed staying in the Ramada hotel. The room was nice and big,so was the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent-fresh and a variety of all sorts of food.

A very good and friendly place to stay in Nazareth
We had some problems with the TV which stoppedto function but the service was quick and efficient and the TV was exchanged!

Stay away from this place. Two members of staff were drunk on duty including the front receptionist. The drunk barman upstairs was also abusive to two of my guests. We left this hotel two days earlier than planned but they still charged me 50% even though I had complained to the management . The majority of staff were either not interested to even say hello or just completely ignored us. We had two of the junior suites which were ok but nothing special and a bit old fashioned. The saving grace for this place was the attached restaurant/cafe which was the complete opposite to the hotel. Breakfast was very uninspiring and not up to European standards. Wi-fi does not work in the room.

Nice room, great shower, even though bathroom had dim lighting, friendly staff in lobby area. Room lacked an iron, but probably could have called down for one. Hotel restaurant seriously lacking, and staff there were not impressive. Coffee, and juices were just sad, and nothing like anywhere else we stayed. There was a restaurant that was not affiliated on-site that did have a nice selection of food, and friendly staff. Overall - great views, nice place to lay your head and take a break, but not much is around the hotel. Seems to mostly cater to tour groups.

Upon arrival we found the front desk clerk asleep on a sofa, when we woke him he informed us we had to pre pay for our stay and promptly charged our credit card an astonishing amount ( thousands of dollars more than we owed )

Mir hat besonders die Gastfreundschaft sowieso die Aufmerksamkeit alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels gefallen. Das SPA sowie Kulinarische Einrichtung des Hauses lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ich werde gewiss nochmals besuchen und anderen Orientfreunde weiterempfehlen.

처음 들어갔을때 냉장고, 커피포트, 컵이 없었어요. 이야기하니까 가져다 주었습니다 샤워시설은 좁았고, 세면대는 물이 새서 힘들었어요 아침식사는 좋았고, 위치는 매우 걸어다닐 정도로 좋았어요 담에는 가고 싶지 않아요

酒店設施及環境皆好。早餐豐富，易泊車、有按摩池。 員工態度一般，Check in 時說找不到我訂第二日的預訂，要明天能跟進. 退房時，櫃檯職員不負責過數，要等另外負責人，等至近十分鐘才有一位女士來過數，沒道歉，態度冷漠，完全不像酒店員工應有的服務。
