"The apartment was clean and quiet. Would definitely consider using this property again. I didn't notice if this was mentioned in the property info but it may make a difference to some people that this apartment is on the 3rd floor and there are stairs to climb. No problem for us. Also the control for the heat is not in the apartment but I will say the home owner was more than accommodating when we texted her for changes in the apartment temperature. Great location and a very comfortable place to stay!"

"My friends and I stayed at Rich's for a weekend beach getaway. The location was fantastic- easy walk to Second beach and very close to downtown Newport. We appreciated the stock of beach chairs and wagons to transport our supplies over. The house accommodated seven of us comfortably with room for more. The outdoor patio space was awesome, and we spent a lot of time grilling and by the fireplace. Great find, would definitely come back!"
