This property was beautiful. The area is beautiful. The experience was beautiful. Everything was clean, accessible, and cozy. The host was wonderful! Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. It was the perfect stay for a little weekend in Newport!

The apartment was clean and quiet. Would definitely consider using this property again. I didn't notice if this was mentioned in the property info but it may make a difference to some people that this apartment is on the 3rd floor and there are stairs to climb. No problem for us. Also the control for the heat is not in the apartment but I will say the home owner was more than accommodating when we texted her for changes in the apartment temperature. Great location and a very comfortable place to stay!

Great place!

Deborah’s place is perfect for a Newport stay and is very close to both Easton’s beach (few minute walk) and Second beach (15 minute walk). The place itself was very clean and had a bathroom, sitting area, small kitchen, and two bedrooms. Deborah was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with

Perfect Get Away

50th Birthday Trip

The accommodations were adorable, immaculate, and thoughtful in details. The location allow us to walk to the east end of the Cliff Walk and a number of restaurant options. Lovely stay and lovely host.

Perfect beach weekend and quiet spot to rest post-festival. Host was so accommodating, place was spotless and so comfortable. The location is amazing, just down the street walking from Easton and a quick ride into Newport. Second time here and will return!

Welcoming and clean- great place!

Deb was such a wonderful host and the location was perfect for us. Deb reached out to share details about getting in, knowing we would be arriving later in the night. The place was clean and charming, the extra amenities were above and beyond and so appreciated. The apartment is in a quiet, walkable area, so close to the water. We would definitely stay again!

Great location

I love the location of this unit. Quiet neighborhood but less than 5 min walk to Easton Beach and good restaurants. Very easy drive to Thames and the mansions. It’s a small place but perfect size for us. Deb makes herself available for questions and gave great recommendations. We’ve already rebooked for next year!

Golf trip

I was over playing a golf tournament at Newport golf club, which was only 10 mins away. Apartment is lovely, in a nice quiet area, with everything needed for the stay. Beautiful beach within 2 minute walk, which I used everyday to clear the head. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Overall great 7 day trip👍👍

Great location just steps from Easton’s beach

Had a nice stay with all the basic necessities needed for a beach getaway and a chance to explore Newport. Communication was excellent, the house is in a quiet little cul de sac of sorts and it was what we needed. Thank you Deborah!

Great apartment- great location

This was a wonderful apartment for my short vacation in RI. It was close to everything - good food, the beach and Cliff Walk. Deborah was wonderful - so helpful and nice. My only wish would be to have a thermostat in the apt. Deborah was great about keeping the place cool when needed and quick to respond. I would stay here again in a minute. Oh and most important the beds were very comfortable.

Most adorable place ever! - We will return!

Deborah was the most incredible hostess I have ever had at any vacation rental! She made sure we had everything we needed ++! Provided local recommendations on food, sightseeing and provided the best local knowledge. The accommodations are exactly as described, and I thoroughly enjoyed the short walk to the private beach with coffee in hand every morning. We will be returning to this exact place again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful weekend in Newport thanks to the most gracious hostess, Deb. She took great care, and making sure we were warm and comfortable. She thought of little details that meant a lot. We appreciated her recommending places to eat and visit. She went above and beyond. We will be back.

Slice of heaven in Newport, RI

Deborah was one of the most gracious hosts I have encountered during all my years of using VRBO. She answered all questions and made fantastic restaurant and food recommendations. One was more delicious than the next! My friend and I were celebrating our 60th. We enjoyed sitting outside in her spacious backyard, sleeping in the comfy beds and taking a five minute walk to the beach. Her home is close to the Cliff Walks and the downtown area. If ever lucky enough to get back to that area-I will stay here again!

Highly Recommend!

Deborah was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had! When I arrived, she provided me with some nice restaurant recommendations and mentioned the beach down the street as well as the outdoor shower right next to the apartment entrance. The rental was cute, cozy and quiet! Perfect for relaxing after a big event like a wedding. There was coffee and water bottles for me in the kitchenette area, extra blankets in the closet, and a nice living room area where I caught up on some work. Beautiful view of the water from the bedroom window, I had caught a nice glimpse of it at sunrise. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Cute but narrow stairs and low celilngs

This is a great location, great owner and a very cute apartment. Super clean. The owner was very responsive both before and during but we are over 70. The stairs are very narrow and there are three flights; the owner provided help getting our luggage up the stairs which was great. The carpet (short shag), although clean, must have triggered my allergies, because I got an immediate headache (normal when I have an allergic reaction) so we had to make other plans. I can see younger people or families staying here and having a great time. It is so close to everything in Newport. It just wasn't the right place for us this trip.
