"Our room was very large and comfy, the service was excellent, and the snacks and drinks in the lounge are a great addition. The location is perfect - a few minutes walk (almost all of it in an underground mall) to the Tokyo station, and a short walk to a few metro stations. "
"Everything about this hotel was top-notch — especially the housekeeping staff. The room was spotless every single day, with thoughtful attention to detail that made me feel truly cared for. The staff were polite, professional, and always smiling, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect — close to key attractions, restaurants, and transport, yet peaceful and quiet for a good night’s rest. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality!"
"When I booked this hotel, I had NO idea what Ginza was or meant. I learned quickly. The Ginza area is vibrant and fancy. The very best stores are two blocks away—Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Tiffany, Harry Winston etc. I went walking at night to the shops and restaurants to eat.
Everyone at the hotel was so lovely and accommodating. They offer you a nice selection of masks at the front desk. I would stop on my way in at the end of every day and get foot masks, face masks etc. It was a nice touch. Rooms are small, as is the bathroom, but if you're not going to spend much time there, it will work. Rooms have coffee and tea selections, and a coffee/tea pot. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

"Great price for this area in Tokyo. Very safe area and although was busy, wasn’t crowded like other areas are. Close to transport links and is walkable from Tokyo Station with luggage, about 15 minutes, I deliberately chose this area as I wanted to use the airport bus and not have to negotiate stairs on transport with a large case and hand luggage. There is a convenience store across the street and fast food options close by. There is an area in the hotel to sit and eat own food, also different vending machine’s. Everything was very clean and modern. Room was small but functional, as it is in many Japanese hotels that charge a greater price. I didn’t need to store my luggage on departure day on this trip but there was luggage everywhere in the reception area, although it was chained together, it was in the open. "
