Place was good! Very pissed that the pool was closed. I do not understand why companies do this. I pay for a pool that’s where I wanna go. Please let us know before hand that you have no pool open. I would’ve stayed somewhere that had one open

Our toilet was plugged up. They sent someone to unplug it but it just plugged up again. The front desk brought us a plunger and rubber glives and told us that we would have to unplug it ourselves. We tried but it didn’t work, also our room phone did not work so we couldn’t get a wakeup call. The connecting roon was unoccupied so we asked if we could have access to that room just to go to the bathroom, we were told absolutely not, so at 10:30 pm we had to pack up our room and move to another room. We had a very early appointment and didn’t get to sleep until midnight.

Property was clean, but my daughter was about to lay her head on the pillow when she saw a huge spider on it. It was a brown recluse! Lucky she saw it! Needless to say we didn’t get any sleep for being paranoid that there were more in the room! Kept waking up searching for them!

The rooms smell like feet and showers don’t have a water resistant curtain. So the thin cloth curtain made it so that the water completely covered the entire bathroom floor. Don’t recommend this hotel.

Top notch room and staff was amazing! We have stayed in several hotels and they never gave us room service everyday like they did here! Water pressure was amazing, bed was so comfortable. Plenty of towels and wash cloth you definitely didn’t have to ask for more! We stayed a whole week! Price was reasonable!

This is an older hotel, which has been updated. The Room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good for the first day or two, but there was no variation in the breakfast foods for the entire week we stayed there. It is conveniently located about five minutes from the downtown shops in Franklin and about 20 minutes from Main St. Nashville. For the price it was a bargain. We will stay there again if we return to Tennessee.

It was my first time in Tennessee and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was always fresh and warm. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting

The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast is ok. I am not sure about the rooms opening to the exterior of the building but the area was quiet and safe so it worked. Overall a good place to stay

The guy who checked me into my room late Friday night was an actual sweetheart. My room keys didn't work and he was super helpful. The staff overall was super nice and friendly, so sweet. The room wasn't bad, for a budget hotel it was clean and comfortable. Only negative is the front desk staff during the day was ALWAYS on their phone and wouldn'teven hang up their phone to help guests. You could hear their whole conversations haha not a big deal juat funny. The guy doing the parking lot blowing and cleaning the breakfast space was such a nice guy! The cleaning staff so so sweet! Breakfast was always cold (but hey free is always good haha) but otherwise I enjoyed the stay!

Decent hotel that’s gone through some renovations although one more update is needed. They replaced the flooring and the beds are super good but the bathroom drywall needs to be replaced.

Room was comfortable, staff was very pleasant and it was the first motel in a long time that has offered a free hot breakfast. We were more than pleased with our 3 night stay.

The room I rented had two double beds. They were crisp and clean, and so comfortable. I loved the high beds, but if you are a little person, it would help to bring a step stool. The continental breakfast had good hot foods, cereal, milk, oatmeal, a iron to make fresh waffles, amd a well rounded selection of fruit and muffins, and of course coffee. The Staff was very kind, polite, and eager to help. The room size was sufficient, and had a microwave and refrigerator. It was affordable, and I will be staying there again when I am in the area.

The hotel room smelled horrible of smoke. I did not want a smoking room and the sheets had stains on them. It was disgusting. The hotel clerk appeared to be sleeping when I checked at 12:30 am and I had to wait for him to put his shoes on to check me in. I was already tired! When I finally got to my room, the room key did not work so I had to carry everything down to the front desk with my daughter to again wait for the clerk to put his shoes on to walk back up to the second floor to use the master key to open the room. I never did get restful sleep because of the horrendous smell.
