Spectacular 4BR / 2 BA Bonnet Shores Beach Home W/Beach Access

This lovely home is located in desirable Bonnet Shores. You will be provided passes to access Bonnet’s Kelly Beach, a gorgeous sand and surf, private beach within a .6 mile walking distance.

The house has a spacious open floor plan for relaxation and fun. It is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 family rooms, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and recreation room. Additionally, the house boasts a 20 x13 sun room just off the kitchen with 3 windowed walls and a southern exposure that catches the sea breezes. The sun room is furnished with table and chairs to seat 8-10 and casual furniture. As you exit the sunroom you are on a deck with pub table and chairs. There is a new gas grill just off the deck and a picnic table in the yard. Just last year, we had an enclosed hot/cold shower installed on the side of the house with immediate access to the house at the lower level sliders.

Amenities include Cable and Internet/WiFi, 2 large flat screen TVs with Contour capacity, DVD player, ample parking, ductless heat/ air conditioning system, washer/dryer, hardwood flooring. The dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and garbage disposal are all new. We provide sheets, pillows, quilts, and blankets in each bedroom and the beds are made for you by our cleaning crew. Bath towels, wash cloths, beach towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, facial tissue, and lotion soap are provided for each bathroom. Kitchen towels, 2 rolls of paper towels, and sponges are provided. In the shed there are 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach toys.

You will be enchanted by the beauty and uniqueness of Bonnet Shores, yet excited to experience the many adventures awaiting you in all of Narragansett. Two blocks away, on Rt 1A, you can rent bikes. Within a 8 minute drive you will find yourselves renting kayaks and paddle boards along Narrow River which opens to the ocean. You will travel only 3 miles south from the house to reach the center of town which hosts the famous "Towers," the town public beach, and restaurants with both casual and fine dining.

Just a bit further along 1A you will want to explore the old world charm of the Port of Galilee with fresh fish caught daily from it’s fishing fleet and delectable offerings from its restaurants and clam shacks.

Traveling from the house onto 1A north, there is Christofaro Park within a mile with basketball, softball, and tennis courts as well as a tot park and meditation area. Traveling further north you will cross the Jamestown Bridge in 7 minutes and the Newport Bridge in just 5 minutes more. Both bridges give you breathtaking vistas and welcome you to unique adventures on both islands. Newport is alive with fun including mansion tours, the famed Cliff Walk, sailing charters and lessons, paddle boarding, swimming, an exploration aquarium on the beach, and tons of shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Most importantly, at the end of the day, you will have a lovely and comfortable home to relax in and enjoy each other in your gem by the ocean!
