"The property was very clean and easily accessible from the train stations. Narita an Shinsoji is only a short walk away. It is self check-in, but when the staff were there they were friendly and helpful. "

"Whenever I go to Japan, I always stay at this hotel at least once, which is either the day of arrival or the day before my departure. Wow, because I stayed here during the summer events, there was an outdoor BBQ dining that I actually missed! However, because having spacious room to relax was all I needed, I think the value that I paid fulfilled satisfaction along with decent breakfast buffet that they offer; my favorite facility, btw, bc I love the outdoor view and well-cleaned gardening art that they offer at dining area. "Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you can get a room with a view of the Skytree tower. The JR line is a short walk and there are several good restaurants in the area."
"This hotel has everything you need. We booked this hotel because we were going to Disneynfor a few days and they have a shuttle to and from the hotel. There’s Lawson inside the hotel for midnight snacks and if it rains, take an umbrella that’s outside the foyer and bring it back once done. Enjoyed our room and amenities after a long day. Wasn’t able to go to the bath house. Maybe next time on our travel back. The staff were extremely nice. "
"Staff is everything and Steven who I've known for many years is an excellent manager - he's wonderful with guests and very knowledgeable. A shout-out to Sylvain too! The MyStays is the old Tokyu, and it's as good as ever - clean, good restaurant, reliable van, crew restaurant on the lower floor, pretty garden, convenient to NRT airport. It's a good choice all around. "
