"Great staff at reception desk, friendly and informative. Room (economy compact for 2)was small but clean and comfortable, good for one night stay. Carpet looks dirty in rooms and hallways. Breakfast was OK, not much choice besides Asian style food. Only eggs available were "scrambled" i.e. almost liquid . No options for omelets or boiled eggs. No fresh fruits, fake juice, bad coffee. The main positive point for this hotel is the beautiful huge park with Buddhist temple/pagoda that is only a few minutes walk from hotel, and the touristy shopping street. Also restaurants around and supermarket. Shuttle service on time and efficient."

"Nice place to stay close to Narita airport. We stayed in two different rooms on two dates (103 and 104), and room 104 was much better. The staff was nice and we enjoyed the free breakfast. The also allowed us to store our luggage after check out so we could roam freely while waiting for our train and plane. Good value for money."

"Great location, decent breakfast, and nice hot showers. I would've like the option to set the AC mode to my own preference - it was set remotely to just select heat, fan or off. The room was still quite warm in just fan mode or off. I could open the window, but it was raining, humid, and noisy outside so that also wasn't ideal."

"The room is very big, the hotel looks a little old and the halls rug is not very clean, but the room and the bathroom size is really good, the restaurant food is also really good in taste and prices"
