"Bad attitude with check in agent. No shuttle from airport to hotel. Misleading information and staff not even apologetic"

"It was a good location. Near the subway station where you can take a bus to the aeon mall to shop or just eat or you can also walk it for 30 mins (bus ride was 25 mins). Narita station also has a lot of restaurants if you don't want to go far (less than 10 mins walk from the hotel. Overall the location was good! Just keep in mind that the shuttle time from the airport is not every 15/30 mins. Some hours they only come every 45/60 mins. The room very simple (what you see in the photos is the same in person). All the staffs were really nice and helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you like to stay near the airport or just for a quick stay."

"The most amazing hotel I've had so far in Japan. Luxury tradition. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night, would've loved to stay longer. Brought my 3 kids and husband, + my parents. Super authentic experience, very clean, great amenities (everything smelled so good). Great to be on the street across shops. The hotel welcomed us with tea and cookies as we waited for our room. The front desk even said goodbye/bowed to us outside the door as our transit drive away. Highly recommend. Will come back again."
