"Bed needs replacing, carpets were dirty , couldn’t use cups as they were stained. Tradesmen were extremely loud early in the morning around 6 30 in the morning on.both days we stayed there.we were in room 1 and the rubbish next door was all over the ground. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful."
