"The hotel was very well maintained. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Yhe hotel provided a free shuttle service tas far as Sukhumvit station every 30 minutes. There were many shops, restaurants and bars nearby and 4 7-Elevens within easy walking distance. Nana Sky train station is only a few minutes walk away. There is also a Starbucks right opposite the main entrance. They also offered a free burger between 4 and 5 pm, 1 per guest. "

"The Landmark Hotel in Bangkok (Sukhumvit Road) gives out an air of luxury and opulence with five star service from all the staff, from the check in staff, bar staff and porters and room service. The lobby is vast and welcoming, and I was also allowed to check in early following a short wait whilst they get the room ready. They offer a complimentary welcome drink in the bar next to the lobby, and the seats were very comfortable. I had chosen a corner room which was spacious with great views of the city. They had all the usual amenities in the room such as air conditioning, minibar, toiletries and even stationary and adaptable multifunction electric sockets. They have a limousine service to and from the airport but I did not use it, as the hotel is close to the Nana Skytrain station which connects to Phaya Thai station and from there directly to the main international airport by train, total journey time about 50 minutes. The hotel is about a 10-15 minutes walk to major shopping centres like Siam, MBK and Central World, and all tourist attractions are easily accessible by Skytrain or public transport. The Grab app is worth having on your phone as it is the Thai equivalent of Uber. It was a memorable 6 day stay enjoying the hotel location and facilities, and five star service with a smile from all the staff. I look forward to returning."

"Staff was great! I have been coming for years and the hotel is becoming a bit rundown. While there the bidet kept leaking and we blew the outlet by the sink. Big pop and black smoke. Carpet in general needs to be replaced. Has a musky smell. Otherwise, great location and again, great staff."
