"Loved the location and atmosphere of the hotel. Great coffee shop and bar in the lobby. All of the staff was amazing and the hotel is very clean. The rooms are very cool, loved the industrial look. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. "

"We were placed in the original room we booked and several lamps and the Television didn't work. We called MULTIPLE times to have maintenance look at the issues and went to the front desk several times to inquire about the issues. After a night of staying in the room where nothing worked they transfered us to a different room. That was fine except upon checkout we were UPCHARGED for THEM switching our room!! The staff, obviously, couldn't fix the problems so instead of owning their mistakes they told us to change rooms then charge us $100s of dollars more for a room we didn't even book (also the room they switched us to was much smaller and a considerable downgrade from the original room booked, which baffles me as to why it would cost more!)"

"This place was great! It's large with a central shared living space and kitchen. It covers four stories total with a bedrooms on the first and third floor and small game room with patio on the top. It was perfect for my family and we didn't nearly use all of the offered beds. It could hold a much larger group. The kitchen is large and stocked with amenities and there is a large dining table. The area around the building itself is definitely in progress. Because there is currently construction on the road that leads to the parking, the only way in is to go the wrong way down a one-way street. We could have used a heads up but we figured it out. My college daughter met us there and the Uber driver said it was not safe for her to walk a block on her own so we walked to meet her. All in all, a fabulous place to stay in an OK part of town. We were easily able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Memphis. We had tickets to a game at FedEx Forum and it was perfect to be able to walk there in minutes."

"It was a beautiful sunny day when we checked in. We were told the rooftop bar was closed. Very disappointed as i booked based on the mississippi river view hotel bragged about from rooftop. Had i known of closure i would have chosen a different hotel."
