My stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Memphis Downtown was excellent. The staff was welcoming and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around downtown Memphis. I appreciated the modern amenities and overall atmosphere, it felt both convenient and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I had a very pleasant stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Memphis Downtown. Check-in was smooth, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel felt safe and quiet, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The breakfast options and common areas were a nice touch. Overall, a solid experience and a great choice for staying downtown.

Staff was amazing I was there in Memphis for my grandma funeral and they treated me sooo well even tho my visit was a sad occasion they made sure me and my son was safe and welcome there was a dog barking on the middle of the day and the staff got right on it move me to a different room and was very helpful. I left earlier then book due to not feeling well and the evening guy that work Saturday showed me how to use a Lyft to get me back to Amtrak insured me & my son was safe i never traveled with my younger son alone so I was nervous but the STAFF HERE WAS AMAZING 10stars 💙

Our reserved room, which was paid in full, was mistakenly given to someone else. We were told there were no other “ready” rooms like the one we booked. The only options offered were a room with one bed, forcing my children to cram into the bed with us or sleep on the floor, or an uncleaned/dirty room that had been vacated about an hour earlier.
Because this was their mistake, we asked if we could be given two rooms so our family wouldn’t be so cramped, and we were told an absolute “NO.”
This was a very crappy experience and completely unacceptable. We were left scrambling to find another place to stay in the middle of the night with our children. I would not recommend staying here.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. STAY away!! We traveled to Memphis by car from Florida and arrived at approximately 2:00 a.m. After checking in and paying the incidental deposit, we were informed by the front desk staff that no parking was available and that we would need to find parking elsewhere in the surrounding area.
One of the primary reasons I chose your hotel was because your website indicated that valet parking was available, which is a service we always rely on, especially when traveling with a child. Given the time of night and the fact that we were with a child, we attempted to find nearby parking but were unable to locate anything within a safe walking distance.
We returned to the hotel and requested a refund, a decision we did not make lightly, as we were unsure whether we would be able to secure alternative accommodations at that hour. The front desk associate informed us that our cancellation would be refunded and that a confirmation email would be sent. Unfortunately, we never received that confirmation.
When I contacted customer service this morning to follow up, I was told that the reservation would not be refunded. I am struggling to understand this decision, as the inability to provide parking particularly a service advertised and relied upon was entirely beyond our control. We prepaid for our stay with the expectation of receiving the amenities listed on your website, and due to this issue, we were unable to use the reservation at all.
