Great area of the city; close to riverwalk which is beautiful (it’s an amazing playground, basketball playground too). Rooms are a bit worn, especially the bathroom, but fine.

Great room and easy access to Beale street. View from room was great looking out over Beale street. Downside of this was noise from music from Beale street that goes until early morning hours.
