"Helpful staff and close to the station. Great variety of breakfast options. My only complaint is that for some reason at this hotel you have to give them your room key card whenever you leave the hotel, and then have to ask for it back when you arrive again - it’s a bit tedious. Other than that I had a great stay

"Staff was friendly and very helpful. Understood our needs and proficient in English. They provided valuable guide to many of our questions. The rooms are clean and appropriate size compared to many other local hotels. Location is good as it is within walking distance to the train station, eateries and shopping centre. Overall, we are very happy with the hotel."

"Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Unfortunately Sagawa lost one of our bags and the front desk team at Kawasaki Skyfront managed to locate and bring the luggage to the hotel for 5.30am so that we could take it back to the UK with us. So so so pleased!!! Absolutely above and beyond.
The hotel was clean and a small room (Premium Double) but perfectly fine for a stay before a flight. The free shuttle to Haneda was great too!"
"Helpful, friendly, multilingual staff. On-site laundry and in house restaurant. Very close to the Keikyu line and offers complimentary airport shuttles. Rooms are compact and well-equipped. 10/10 would stay again. "
