"Convenient location to start a trip in Tokyo!"

"I booked a room here for two nights, staying just one. We had a late night flight, so this gave us a comfy place to hang out and wait (HIGHLY recommend doing this!!). Customer service here is exceptional. The amenities are many and make you feel welcome and right at home. It’s walking distance to restaurants, a shrine, and even Costco. 7/11 is right around the corner. The shuttle from the airport didn’t work out timing wise for us, so we hopped in a taxi…under $8 and well worth not having to deal with a bus. The staff cares about food allergies and was the most attentive I’ve ever seen on the matter. How refreshing! They prepared a list of what I couldn’t have at breakfast, making my decisions easy (and there is so much that I still had plenty and was full before even getting to try everything)."

"Beautiful hotel, staff is exceptional. Room was a nice size and was supplied with everything you would need. Beds were comfortable. Although I could have used a top sheet, but that is a personal thing with hot flashes, I still prefer some light covering. But not a deal breaker. It is very close to train station made for easy access to everything. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend "

"Stayed for 15 days and had a very good overall experience. The hotel is located in Kawasaki, about 45 minutes by train from central Tokyo, which may not be ideal if you want to be close to major attractions. However, it’s very convenient for Haneda Airport. The area is lively, with many bars nearby along Nakamise Street. At night, there are people inviting customers into bars, which might feel uncomfortable for some. We added the breakfast service, but the limited 5–6 options stayed the same throughout our stay and became repetitive, so we ended up eating at konbini from around day 10 onward. There is a free small kitchen/common area on the 10th floor with a coffee machine, water dispensers, various teas, a microwave, and a toaster. It’s quite small and can get crowded. There’s also a terrace, but we couldn’t enjoy it since we stayed in winter. Overall rating: 5/5. Great choice if you prioritize airport access over being in central Tokyo."
