"Very helpful and friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Joaquim at reception was very prompt in printing my train ticket and calling the taxi. Rooms were very near and clean. Very good location and you can cover Rambla, gothic quarters and passegue de Gràcia by walking. I was in the floor 1 and only thing slightly disturbing was the train sound . I will stay there again but on a higher floor."

"Very clean and comfortable room, great air conditioning in the room. Hotel was very tidy. Front desk staff was extremely nice and accommodating, even helped bring all of our bags to our room. The hotel is in a great location too, right on the main street with all of the shops and restaurants right there. Would definitely stay here again!"
