Clean and affordable room, although I had a VIP membership from Expedia there wasn’t any much perks from it. I had to wait for my room, but other than that the place was clean and great location.

This hotel is very good. The room was clean, the restaurant food is excellent and good value. The breakfast was possibly the buffet I've had in a long time. The staff all do their best to help you and make life easy. My only comment for improvement would be that some areas of the room and hotel may be coming up for a refresh or redecoration as they are starting to look tired. But it's all clean and functions perfectly.

Fantastic stay! The front desk staff was welcoming and quick to check us in. Our room was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable kids loved the bunk beds . Wi-Fi was fast. The location is within a five-minute walk to the main plaza and local restaurants. Breakfast spread was delicious! Perfect base for exploring the city! wonderful stay from check in to check out. This property is super unique, and centrally located to most everything in Barcelona. We arrived super early from a cruise and the front desk was happy to stow our luggage and give is breakfast recommendations. Once the room was ready, we noticed the pool area outside, which was nice to sit around for a drink. In the morning, theres a super spacious eating area downstairs, with pretty legit food. Finally, there is a ton of shopping and eateries right around the corner.

The hotel and staff were great! The only problem was that I felt the springs in the mattress. Besides that everything was wonderful. They also have an amazing breakfast and staff working the kitchen.

Hotel was centrally located, it was comfortable and perfect for family stay. Room is nice and with bunk bed so kids were delighted. Just a minor issues when checking in. The room that was given did not match what was booked, so make sure when booking hotel you let them know that you want the same room as advertised. And definitely tell them no ground floor rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff and always willing to help. This hotel is Ina great location- on block away from major shopping and metro station. My room was ready early and I was able to check in at 11am. The breakfast was great - made or order omelets and pancakes, coffee machine with lots of options, and free cava! Will definitely stay here if I go back and felt very safe as a solo traveler! Thank you, ICON!

The room’s bathroom was dirty and the condition of the room was poor. The maintenance is bad as se eral areas of the wall were damaged and bathroom in need of repairs. For example, the bathroom shower was in need of sealing and the design very poor. Water comes out of the of the shower to the floor. The main room’s mirror had many stain spots toy couldn’t even see yourself. I mean bad experience but the staff was very helpful though.
