Roberto and his partner I can't remember his name but I know that his name started with an E, they were absolutely amazing treated us like royalty and even helped us make coffee in our room the staff at Majestic is above and beyond by far the best definitely coming back to this property not only just because of property is beautiful but mostly because of the staff the staff makes it 100%

Everything was perfect during my stay — the room, the service, and the overall experience were excellent. The only issue happened at check-out, where they tried to charge me for an extra breakfast by mistake. After discussing it with them and explaining the situation, they corrected it.
