"Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!)
And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff."

"The apartment was great and with a really convenient location close to restaurants, shopping and the Gran Via. Pretty well walkable to every one of the sights we wanted to visit in Madrid."

"Everything was great, but the people say across from me threw a party both days, so it was really loud banging on the door and knocking constantly. Couldn’t sleep both nights "

"We stayed at the Barceló Torre de Madrid for 5 nights (November 19–24) to celebrate our anniversary, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special. They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, welcomed us with free drinks, and even gifted us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our occasion — such a thoughtful touch!
The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It sits right on Gran Vía, Madrid’s main avenue, meaning we were just steps away from major attractions, great restaurants, and endless things to do. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
Our room was modern, comfortable, and spotless, and every interaction with the hotel team was warm, friendly, and respectful. Their level of service made our stay feel truly memorable.
We absolutely loved our experience and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Madrid. Highly recommended!"
