"We loved our stay, the apartment was a great value, not to far from the action at a moderate price. It was easy to move around there's public transportation but we preferred cabs. The room was clean and functional and has groceries, and restaurants close by. "
"The property is inside a commercial building on the 4th floor, which at the beginning sounded weird, but it ended up being a good option for a good stay in Madrid close enough to parque del retiro, but far away from all
The noise of la Gran Vía."
"Nearly evrrything was very good.
One thing negative was they could not reserve taxi to the airport for me.
They gave numbers of 5 taxi company.
I called 4 of them, waited more than a minutes and hung up.
Only company responded straight away, but they did not understand english. A few minutes later, they found someone who speak english, but not good enough . I had to talk & explain nearly 10 minutes, wasted time and cost me for a international call charge."

"The stay was great! The staff were accommodating! Clean sheets and facilities
The only thing I can say is the elevators were poor quality.. only one elevator worked and it took forever to get to our rooms.
So they definitely need to see about that.
