"Stayed for one night - hotel room was clean and modern. Great location in terms of walking to sights and also across from the main train station. Would recommend this hotel."

"I expected low budget but this place was awful. Very dirty. As 2 women we felt very uncomfortable with the people in the building. Children screaming late at night. Many unsavoury people hanging around. We did not feel safe, so we left and had to go somewhere else. The staff at the check in was nice. "

"Apartment was perfect for a family of four visiting Madrid for a few days. Very clean and functional with a full kitchen. Neighborhood is good and close to shops and grocery."

"We thought this was a very nice clean hotel. The room and bathroom were a good size. The breakfast buffet was good, not great. The maître d was not friendly at all. The only problem we had was our key cards stopped working and we had to wait in line to get new ones. Most importantly after staying in two previous hotels where the A/C barely cooled, the AC worked great!"
"It was perfect, I would stay again in a heartbeat. Beautiful, quiet, and great location.
I wish I had gotten his name, but one of the people working overnight in the lobby had noticed it was my birthday and had a box of chocolates left for me at checkout. I’m sure they normally give those out but it was a nice gesture that he recognized me and stopped to say happy birthday."
