"The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ibrahim Ahmad Bilman, who went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and ensure our taxi arrived at the correct entrance. His professionalism and kindness truly enhanced our experience. I would highly recommend Voco Makkah to all my family and friends. Additionally, the food was excellent and added to the overall quality of our stay."

"The room was good, but smelled a little damp. The staff from reception to the cleaners were excellent. The even brought me breakfast from the buffet to the room on the days I was not feeling great and unable to walk to the breakfast room. There is an electric stove/hub for cooking, but no pots were provided. We had to throw leftover food because we had no means of heating the food. A microwave would have been more useful than the electric stove/hub and less of a fire hazard. The proximity to Masjid Al Haram was excellent. Thank you!"
