Outstanding staff, check in was seamless and Rahaf was amazing and arranged for me awesome room, even I came exhausted earlier than time. She went beyond to make my stay a memorable one. Also, the hotel was super in every item I could check. The executive lounge staff Taufeek and Mo, and the Gust service Ghofran was kind and made sure the experience was as expected.
