"This is our second time staying here; we come to town for comic con and it’s close to the convention center, so it’s really convenient. We’ve had a great experience here both times! All the staff we encountered were SO welcoming and helpful. The day we checked out we still had a full itinerary of events to attend, and they let us keep our luggage in a secured room so we wouldn’t have to haul everything around with us. Do go for the breakfast package- you get a voucher for a cafe drink and any item from their breakfast menu for each member of your party. There were 4 of us and we each got something different from the menu, and all of it was delicious. The only thing I didn’t love was that they sent up the robot with our vouchers at 7:30 in the morning, ringing the phone several times to let us know. The front desk staff did tell us they’d send the vouchers up with the robot, but no specific time was mentioned and we had no idea they used the room phone to indicate it was there; so each time it rang and we picked it up there was just a dial tone, we had to call down to the front desk to see what was happening. We’d had a late night and this woke all of us before we were ready. I think next time I’ll ask if they can provide us the vouchers at check-in, but we’ll definitely stay here again."

"Parking spots in garage are small, but once you get that out of the way everything was great. The staff is incredibly friendly, way better customer service than I've had at any other hotel. "

"Kitchen was fully equipped. Modern new aesthetic. Only downside was there’s no restaurant on site. Breakfast was okay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The 24 hr hot tub was closed so they directed me and my autistic partner to the 2nd floor one then when it was around 11pm or so staff comes out with no name tag or anything and tells me and my partner to leave and the other ladies who LIVED there to leave and go to the 1st floor hot tub that was broken I then showed staff with EXTREME language barrier that I have a text stating to use the 2nd floor hot tub in place I showed the staff and asked if there was a manger or someone we could understand better to come talk to us because these 2 staff members claimed the 1st floor hot tub was working even tho the ladies in the hot tub told staff they just went down there and there was a sign to come here and when a so called manager came who was dressed like a civilian no badge nothing was yelling and cursing at all of us to get the f**** out and was following us and trying to get our room number even tho all we wanted was to speak to a manger calmly he then triggered a stress induced seizure to my partner on his birthday AS SOMEONE WHO COMES HERE VERY OFTEN ME AND MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A LEVEL AGAIN thankfully the nice person at the front desk was able to refund resort fees and such since we couldn’t even use the amenities etc we didn’t try to make a big deal about it this morning just was looking to speak with a real manager without them cussing at us and causing medical issues to my poor partner on his birthday. On that night no staff would give us names."

"Walking distance to all attractions, breakfast included, service is fast and awesome,…parking is extra like other downtown hotels"

"Pretty good hotel with friendly staff and an excellent location. We were happy staying in one of the suites with a kitchenette. Our only feedback would be to include more items for a kitchenette such as napkins, plates, and or silverware. "

"I never got too stay there. Had too call it a loss. I am from polson, Montana, and only came to Seattle because my mom is in the hospital. the property wasn't able to work with me. Neither would hotels.com"
