"We had a lovely stay overall. The staff member who checked us in, Raneem (apologies if I’ve spelled that incorrectly), was incredibly warm, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. She really set the tone for a great stay. The hotel itself is beautifully presented and felt very clean throughout the common areas. We did have a couple of small issues with our room, the wardrobe sliding door was already broken when we checked in, and after room service the next day there was still some dirt, hair, and small pieces of toilet paper left on the bathroom floor, so it didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly. Aside from those minor things, the service was great, the people were wonderful, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back."

"Linen was of great quality. Bed comfortable although I found the pillows to be too big, automated room for curtains, lights etc. great river views. Very quiet. Lots of food choices. Great position to attend theatre shows across the river."

"Location is great, walking distance to everything. Parking is 45 AUD per night, easy access to motorway. We got a room on the 53th floor, facing the south bank, amazing view, we absolutely loved it. Room size is good, fully equipped. We stayed for 7 nights, but didn’t get the mid week free room service. Overall, we recommend this place and will definitely stay here again."
