"Great location but as I was there for a week, they didn't change the towels or the sheets. They also didn't wash any dirty plates or glasses. A bit disappointing."

"Buffet breakfast was poor, cold and rubbery bacon, hash browns cold, grilled tomatoes cold. Room had not been replenished of the conditioner and lotion however was replaced after being notified. "

"The Good: check in and parking was easy. We checked in late and found the SMS instructions to get the key from the keysafe very clear. Bed linen and towels were clean - which was a relief. Soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was all fine. The Ugly: bathroom looked clean and could tell it was renovated. However we could tell it wasn't clean - did have marks on tiles that should have come off with a scrub. There was black muck on the shower screen that would come off with bleach. Carpets were dirty and had stains. Chairs also had stains. The split system had a damp smell when we turned it on for heating - didn't end up using it. There was mould at the foot of the bar fridge and ice built up. The property has visible damage at various places such as door frames and corners of walls and bathroom mirror. The property is a bit rundown. This property really isn't a hotel, it's a motel. I only chose it as it came up in the filters I chose - so perhaps it's classified incorrectly. It has potential but it was apparent that the inside was cheaply renovated / masked. The reception staff were okay; not super friendly but had clear communication. I spoke to them on the phone only and didn't have much more interaction. Overall, we we chose the property as it was close to what we needed, but felt uncomfortable when we got there."
