The room was not serviced for the first 3 days , cups not cleaned bathroom etc …when it was cleaned the floor was still not vacuumed.. Water pressure in the shower poor and bath sink was blocked until I reported it …it was fixed .."

"This isn't our first stay at Stamford Plaza, it is a great place to stay, location is brilliant, staff are very friendly and helpful, room was great, comfortable bed and everything you need on hand. We didn't have any issues at all, nice touch to have complimentary water each day, even got some lindt chocolate on one of the days which was nice."
