Clean, beautiful rooms with a stunning water view. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. This was our second stay here for sporting commitments and the warm welcome remains consistent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress free experience.

The pod was cold when we arrived and we struggled to get the fire to draw and take hold. Once going it was a little better. The staff were great and ready to help with more wood. The lodge was a fabulous warm space. So much character! Breakfast was good but the frozen evening meals system was not to our taste. But all in all we had a great time.

Clean comfy great amenities friendly staff.

A basic room, but very clean and maintained. However, there was a problem with the shower having no facilities for putting in shampoo, soap, etc., and only one cake of soap was provided for a two-night stay. Also, we booked and paid for a deluxe, downstairs room, but were upstairs, which made it very difficult for my wife, who has mobility problems. The stairwell closest to the restaurant did not have a working light, which was a problem once the night arrived

Fantastic. Staff friendly. Very quiet hotel even though fully booked. Location is fantastic close to different takeaways and cafes.
