"The staff at Oaks Cairns were absolutely lovely, very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful room and great central location, walking distance to most activity meetups, great restaurants and shopping. I had an unfortunate experience at the Double Tree by Hilton and ended up needing a room last minute, even though Oaks Hotel Cairns had nothing to do with the poor experience at Double Tree Hilton, they gave me a free drink voucher to help improve my night. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Absolutely perfect location in very close proximity to the water and my scuba boat in the Marina. I would definitely recommend adding on the breakfast as they had a lot of great options and it was very convenient before going out to explore the city every day. I love having a view of the city, which allowed me to see the massive bat fly out every evening at dusk! The staff were incredibly helpful and my room was very clean and uncomfortable."
