"Our stay over the (very) busy weekend for the Spilt Milk festival was excellent. Clean room with sufficient cooking amenities, and we had 2 bathrooms to share across the 4 of us which was great. Parking was included and there was plenty of spaces. Pool (albeit quite cold) was lovely and although we did not utilise the gym it was clean and private from view of the pool. Overall we had a really enjoyable stay and for the price, we would absolutely book here again."

"We liked the property, particularly the pool and outside area. Unfortunately we experienced some issues that were never resolved which significantly reduced our enjoyment of this property. One of the two rooms was unusable due to hygiene issues (big stains on the carpet and a really bad smell), how the property was left like this I’ll never understand, there were also a few other things that hadn’t been cleaned (showed a lack of care when preparing the property), doors were unlocked on arrival, the front door lock was broken so couldn’t be locked from the inside and there were lots of personal items left out in the open including photos, medication, towels handing in the laundry and used toiletries in the bathroom. We reported our concerns within 1.5 hours of arrival however nothing was done to address them. Our messages were acknowledged but no attempts were made to address the issues. The complete lack of action was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. We are still waiting for a response to our request for a partial refund. "

"Great property. Large room. Well appointed and clean. Canberra light rail station directly opposite which is convenient. Perhaps it's a little too far to walk to Civic, but it would be manageable if time permits. Secure undercover parking is offered for fifteen per night, which is pretty reasonable for Canberra I think? Only negative was breakfast shuts at 0930 and check-out is at 1000. Both seem a little early? Also the breakfast (bacon, eggs, sausages) were all quite cold. But all in all, it's a pretty good newer property for Canberra."
