"Fantastic staff - An issue was brought to their attention and was dealt with swiftly and with no fuss (as it should be - but these days.......) Great spot location wise - Sushi next door and cafe below make for an easy bite to eat."

"The accommodation was quiet and well equipped. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. We didn't use the shuttle. "

"Booked an apartment for a family of 3 but the bed in the sofa bed was terribly soft. So the third person decided to sleep on the sofa instead! Unfortunately the sofa bed could not be closed again. The reception tried to look for a replacement apartment but unfortunately, none was available. The reception kindly offered another separate room for the third person on the same floor for the two night stay. That was so kind of them. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was excellent and by a body of water. It should be noted tht this is not a 24 hr reception and so some planning ahead is necessary. There is an option for pre check in but tht required submitting a copy of an ID to a website. In this age of scams, it is probably not a good idea to do so. Nevertheless there was no problem with checking in on arrival. All in all, a lovely stay! "

"Staff at reception on checking in were friendly and helpful , nice quiet tourist Park, the Cabin I stayed in had everything I needed and toilet, showers, and laundry nice and close, credit to the staff the facilities as in shower and toilet blocks were clean an tidy, thank you, I definitely recommend if you need quiet stay close to airport 🙏"
