Bathroom was not cleaned. There were hair all over the toilet and sink. Right by the headboard down on the ground there was a cup with yellow liquid that seems to be there for a while. Had to sanitize and wipe all the counter space and bathroom. The floor was dirty and not vacuumed.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Restaurants and stores were a bit expensive inside but there was plenty of options around. Overall it was a great hotel.

We had a really lovely stay. The room was beautiful. They gave us a free upgrade and champagne when they found out it was my husband’s birthday.
Our first day we realized the shower drain was backed up and they had someone up there to fix it within minutes. Room service is great and fast arriving. Bed was comfortable. And room was spacious.
Highly recommend. We will be back.
