"Shower head barely worked. Took forever for hot water. Fridge 1 didn't work. Fridge 2 didn't work. Finally fridge 3 worked, after having the replacements delivered twice. Phone didn't work so couldn't even call reception for help with these issues - had to speak to cleaning staff whenever they were around. Shower floor had grime all over it and it was visibly dark and dirty, which you could feel with your feet. Had to wear sandals in the shower. Peoples hair around sink, bathroom floor, on fresh sheets. Wasn't able to select TV channels whatsoever one night. Overall pretty terrible experience. Was enough to shower and sleep, but I've stayed in grungy cheap hostels in 3rd world countries that were better than this. Embarrassing."
