"Booked on a whim to get away for a couple nights along the Mississippi and this seemed like the right fit. We weren't looking for anything extreme, just something comfortable and near the water. This certainly checked the boxes! The host was wonderful and very accommodating to allow us to bring our pup along for the fun. Close to some great wineries and breweries. If you've never experienced the Mississippi River's unique tempo, this is perfect. The train trestle was visible right from the back...

"Beautiful house on the Mississippi. Accommodations are beautiful. Close to train track and train runs thru the night but after the first night got use to it. It was 3 couples (65 plus) 1 single 65 plus. Stayed a lot of places would rank this as one of the best. Plenty to do in LeClaire and the quad cities. We actually have a week booked there in July with family and looking forward to it "
