"We had a disappointing experience for a Valentines Day weekend with the hot tub suite. We specifically chose the hot tub suite for the hot tub and the jets didn’t work. On top of that, our family got the flu the day before our booking and management would not accommodate our request to change dates. We didn’t want to cancel and get a refund we just wanted to change the dates of the booking so we didn’t risk others getting sick. Overall just a disappointing experience with the room and management not helping us. "
