"Room was clean and very spacious. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was nice (we especially enjoyed the cinnamon rolls). Gym is on the smaller side but clean. Did not use the pool but it looked inviting. Would stay here again!"

"An excellent stay, nice clean room with plenty of space, comfortable bed, great bathroom with hot water and terrrific showerhead, plenty of amenities with fantastic coffee in room and a wonderful breakfast at fair price that we brought back to the room. Only problem was noisy traffic from Market street. Staff was outstanding!!!"

"I found cockroaches in my bathroom. They even got into the shower when my son was showering. I took pictures and a video. I very kindly and quietly approached the front desk and spoke with a very nice young lady who promised me a call from the manager immediately. I never received a call. I then emailed the hotel with details and requesting at the very least a response, and I still received nothing. Not a single word. I have worked in the hotel industry. I would have refunded my stay immediately and apologized and taken care of this issue but this hotel management did NOTHING. Very disappointing. "

"Next time I will bring my own dishes and silverware as Covid really hurt the hotel industry. Many of these hotels that provide kitchenets do not supply the tools they once did."
