"Although the details on your website included satellite TV, stereo, DVD, LINEN (washed to 60 degrees), boat, spa, coffee maker, etc, these were either not there or not working. It also states that the house is wheelchair accessible - which it is not. One bedroom is accessible but a wheelchair user cannot access the dining area or the pool area. The site details need to be updated/corrected. There were photos on your site showing several parasols and 3 gazebos. In fact no parasol was in working order and there were 2 gazebos. We had difficulty getting the owners to provide sheets and towels. (They tried to suggest we brought linen for 17 people on the flight...or that we hire linen at 1320 euros for the 4 weeks!) Shame. The property is in a very beautiful (if rainy) spot and it has been thoroughly neglected. The owners were quick to respond when lightbulbs or showers or toilets did not work. They should have done that before we arrived. We ran out of hot water and electricity and this could have been avoided had we been trusted with swapping gas bottles or access to the fuse box. The owners regularly visited the property to carry out work on the land or prepare for their next guests. With proper preparation, this property would be 5 star. Maintenance was lacking."
